April 3rd 1977
Registered as partnership company under name Badan Bookstore
Open its first store at 28, 1st Floor, Tun Abdul Razak Complex, Johor Bahru
Main Businesses : Selling books, magazines and also stationeries
- 1978
Appointed as DBP ( Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka ) Authorized Distributor for state
of Johor
- 1992
Open a KL branch at Masjid India Road .
- 1996
On May 27th, the Company changed its name to Badan Cemerlang Sdn. Bhd.
Moved KL branch operation from Masjid India Road to Taman Seri Gombak
- 1998
Official Headquarter is moved to a 12500 sq ft at Plaza Angsana.
