Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

All products, once sold are non-returnable or exchange except for the following:
* Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered.
* Product is found to be faulty.

Can you ensure my privacy, or will my personal information be shared with other companies?

Your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade e-mail addresses of any collected information and is used for internal purposes only.

How can I confirm my order?

At the time you place your order, you will receive an online confirmation that we have received your order. If you do not receive our auto order confirmation email, please kindly inform our Customer Service.

How do I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after credit card has been authorized and approved.

How do I use the search system?

You can enter ISBN number, book title, author or publishers’ name and press the “Search” button.

What are the payment options?

Besides credit card (Amex, Visa, and Mastercard), you can also make online transaction by transferring the purchase amount to our CIMB Account.

What are your shipping charges?

We provide Local Courier and International Delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Information for detail.

What is the perk of buying online if I’m a Badan Cemerlang Discount Card member?

You will be entitle to 5% discount for online purchases (refer Terms & Conditions) if you provide us your membership number.

What should I do if the title I’m looking for is not available?

You can email them to our Customer Service. We will reply the answer within 5 working days.

When will I receive my package?

That depends on where one resides. Basically it takes 2 to 4 business days for Local (Malaysia) and about 6 to 17 business days for International shipments.

Where do I return/exchange merchandise?

You may contact our Customer Service to arrange for any return/exchange of merchandise. We will exchange the same product or same value amount. Cash is not refundable.
